- With your prefer booking date for sunset cruise/day cruise/Jetski/fishing tour availability before make any deposit booking payment for booking confirmation, or email [email protected] for more detail.
- Booking Deposit
Can full pay or partial payment as booking confirmation,if partial payment as deposit booking, balance can pay in cash to person incharge of cruise (Mr Leow/Azima) when meet up check in jetty before depart.
Refund t&c
If terrible thunder storm/strong wind,all yacht cruise trip cannot go out from jetty, can get the fully refund, and captain/person incharge of the cruise will decide for it.
If normal rain, yacht still can go out for activity wont have refund, cause the activity is still can be work on it.
Alternative option is change to next day if still available
For booking earlier than 1 week
If cancellation 1 weeks before on the booking date can get fully refund.
All booking deposit payment must instant bank transfer to Golden Eagle Langkawi Sdn Bhd
*Must check in at jetty on your booking date first for refund by external factor like all yacht cannot depart from jetty.
Not showing/cancel last minute no refund.
