How many guests can join a private company cruise?
The AP2, EM1, EM2 and EM3 each take up to 36 guests. The EM4 takes up to 50 guests. For more than 50 guests, we combine two or more boats on the same date.
How does the pricing work for the AP2 and EM4?
The AP2 is RM3,300 for up to 15 guests, then RM100 for each extra guest, up to 36. The EM4 is RM7,500 for up to 36 guests, then RM100 for each extra guest, up to 50.
Which boats have karaoke?
EM2 and EM3 have karaoke. EM1 does not. Ask us about karaoke on AP2 and EM4.
Which boats have air-conditioning?
EM1, EM2 and EM3 have indoor air-con. The AP2 and EM4 do not.
Are towels and welcome drinks provided?
Towels and welcome drinks are provided on EM2 and EM3 only. They are not provided on EM1, EM4 or AP2, so please ask guests to bring a towel on those boats.
How much is the deposit?
A 30% deposit payment is required for booking. For example, a RM7,500 charter needs a RM2,250 deposit. We check that the boat is free on your date first.
Can we combine boats for a big group?
Yes, subject to every boat being free on your date. Each boat keeps its own charter price, and only the AP2 and EM4 charge RM100 for each extra guest above the guests included in the price. Use the “Check date & price” button and enter your number of guests to see the best combinations.
What food is served?
A BBQ buffet with local delicious food, for example fried rice, fried chicken wings, prawns, satay, stir-fried vegetables and tropical fruits. A vegetarian set is available on request. Tell us about any special diet when you book.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the cruise cannot go ahead because of severe weather, we will help you reschedule or arrange a refund under the terms in your quotation. Light rain does not usually cancel a cruise.
Can we choose the time and date?
Yes, subject to availability. Send us your date and we will check which boats are free.
Can we combine the cruise with other Langkawi activities?
Yes. Many groups book the cruise as the evening activity after a day of meetings or island hopping. Ask us for a suggested schedule.
