Eagle Cruise Langkawi (“we”, “us”) operates https://eaglecruise.com.my (the “Website”). The Website is in cooperation with Golden Eagle Langkawi Sdn Bhd. We help visitors enquire about and book sunset cruises, private yacht charters and tours in Langkawi. The yachts and boats are provided by Golden Eagle Langkawi Sdn Bhd (1166061-M / 201501040743).

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our enquiry form, the “Check Availability” form, WhatsApp or email, we may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), the cruise or boat you are interested in, your preferred date, the number of guests, and any message you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website we may collect your browser type, device, language, pages visited, the page you used to send an enquiry, your IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers. If you arrive from a Google advertisement, we keep the ad click identifier in your browser so we can measure our advertising.

Reviews. Reviews shown on the Website come from Google and are displayed using a third-party widget. We do not collect them from you.

We do not ask for payment card details through our enquiry forms.

3. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry, check availability and send you a quotation.
To contact you about your enquiry or booking by phone, WhatsApp or email.
To arrange your booking with the boat operator.
To understand how the Website is used, improve it, and measure our advertising.
To keep business and accounting records and to follow the law.

We do not sell your personal data. We send marketing messages only if you ask for them.

4. Who we share it with

Golden Eagle Langkawi Sdn Bhd and its staff and crew, to arrange your cruise.
Service providers that help us run the Website and handle enquiries, such as Google (for example Sheets, Gmail, Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads), WhatsApp (Meta), our website hosting and security providers, and our review widget provider.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

5. Where your information is stored

Some of our service providers store information on servers outside Malaysia. We choose providers that protect information with security measures.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you make a booking, we keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting, business and legal purposes. We then delete or anonymise the information.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to make the Website work, to remember your preferences, to understand how visitors use the Website, and to measure our advertising.
